My sweet girl has always asked to come to wineries My sweet girl has always asked to come to wineries in @winecountryont and wine festivals like @coolchardonnay with me if she can. Since she was little she thought wineries were castles (like @peller_estates ) and would dress up in her full princess attire and join me for a tour 🍇 Her favourite of course was the “Frozen tour” @pellerfamilyvineyards ❄️

Fast forward a few years and she was cast as Little Anna in the production of @disneyjr Frozen with yellowdoortheatre at the @firstontpac

Sadly this means I’ll be absent from one of my fav wine events of the summer #i4c #i4c2026 … but before I know it, my daughter will be joining me for that too 🥂

Some afternoons are exactly what you didn’t know y Some afternoons are exactly what you didn’t know you needed🍷

A glass of wine on the patio, sunshine in Niagara on the Lake, great conversation with @winestains.ca , and experiencing one of my favourite local wineries: @stratuswines . Of course, I couldn’t leave without a couple of bottles to enjoy later 🍷

But my favourite purchase of the day? A copy of the new book by @mkaiserwine @niagarawineandfood - a reminder that one of the best ways to experience a wine region is through both what’s inside the glass and the stories behind it 🍇🌎

Here’s to supporting local wineries, discovering new favourites, and always leaving a little more inspired than when you arrived 🥂

What’s your favourite Niagara wine or winery? 🍇

Ongoing research, writing, meetings and guest lectures in remote places 🇮🇹🍷

Today’s lecture is for a special course on the Psychology of Luxury. The prof for that course assigned 2 of my academic journal articles (about wine) as readings 📖

Have you ever considered having a prof give a guest lecture, demonstration, or experience for an event you’re organizing?
