Last week I had the chance to attend the School of Last week I had the chance to attend the School of Cool @coolchardonnay and I left with a reminder that goes far beyond tasting wine. My biggest takeaway? It’s never just about the Chardonnay. It’s about the people who pour their hearts into what they do, the passion that shapes every decision, and the place that gives each wine its story. One of the highlights of the day was finally meeting @beverlycrandon in person after admiring her work for so long. Conversations like these remind me why I love studying and sharing the psychology of wine. Behind every bottle is a story, and behind every great wine are people who make it meaningful.
